2nd 10k in 3 days

My wife has taken most of the steps I have during this journey, but she also has another journey.  She has been some seriously hardcore dieting, its three weeks of 500 calories then back to a more normal intake.  One side effect of this is lack of stamina and energy, so I don't expect her to go as far or as often as we have during the 3 week period.

The person who is helping her has told her she can continue to walk once she is in her three week cycle since she has built some stamina herself at this point.

So we set out, I am just hoping to see mile marker two on our trip today, the weather is a little chilly but not bad for walking.  To help we have gotten some better designed clothing for walking from the Nike Outlet store (finally no chaffing YEAH!!) and it seems to be going pretty smooth.  We pass Mile Marker 2 and she wants to keep going.

Past the next road crossing, then the bend in the road the signifies the furthest we have hiked on the Bugline.  Then the light goes on, she wants to see Mile Marker 3.  How she is doing this on only 500 calories I have no idea, but I respect it.  I dont think she has any idea how much she impresses me with her journey and how that makes my journey easier

On the way back she starts dragging and by the time we get home I think she would rather just go to bed than have dinner.  We walked just a bit short of our second 10K in three days

No walking for her tomorrow, we will adjust to every other day while she is in her three weeks.  I figure that I am going to try to up my game tomorrow, when I started I didnt know if I could walk a mile, many years ago I could run a under 6 minute mile.  Tomorrow it is time to see if I can run a mile again, but I won't worry about the six minute mark

11351 steps today for a total of 123248 so far
