Off the DL or How to effectively use Duct Tape in walking

Well two days off and the body wants to go out but my nagging injuries still nagging at me.  So for the chaffing issue my wife picked up some liquid bandage.  Worked good but it stung like a SOB when first applied.

My blister was down but the surface skin was still soft so I knew it would fill up again.  So I did some looking on line and I saw an odd item that I though ok I can try this, but it wont work.

There is some camo'd Duct Tape that a lot of geocachers buy because it will work so good to hide items with, only thing is this particular brand sticks to nothing, not even itself, well almost nothing, it sticks to your hands pretty well.  Well it sitting in the same room as my shoes, this cant work, but then again what can it hurt to try.  So I apply camo'd duct tape to the back of my heal and by the end of the hike the blister is starting to fill a tiny bit.

So now the two nagging injuries seem to be under control and we are back on the trails, goal for this weekend is a 10K (6.2 miles) on the 400 trail in Union Center WI, it is a sponsored event of the Dairyland Walkers of which we are joining this weekend

Another 6622 steps on my journey taken.  Goals for this week are to get over 60 miles to date and break 100K steps.  If we walk nightly we have a very good chance of me doing this
